  My name is Jaime Izarraras
  First, I want to share that I feel very happy about my Residency and very excited that I can go to see my family in Mexico. Thank you, attorney Francis Henriquez!
  I want to give testimony of my case and a general advice for all the people that read my testimony, therefore be able to help other people that like me (there are thousands).
  
  My message to all is that (Look for a good lawyer to put your immigration case) (And not in the hands of people who do not know about laws). Grace to God, I had the fortune that God put the Attorney Francis Henriquez on my way. Also, if a lawyer tells you, that you can NOT do anything for your case, do not give up and keep looking, I Hope, that like me, you can find an Angel like I found mine in the lawyer Francis Henriquez.
  
  My case:
  I came to this country in 1987, one day I made a serious mistake, I went to see a notary who put me papers for political asylum, immigration gave me a work permit that I renewed for several years. In 2004 I made the same mistake and went to a notary to put a Family petition application, I got the appointment for the interview in 2006, when I arrived at the interview, ICE was already waiting for me and they told me that (I had deportation) because the application of political asylum was denied “ because I am Mexican and Mexico does not get asylum easily) also, they said that I get an appointment to see a judge and I did not show to court (I never received that notification). And, because the family application that was submitted, it was missing many things (my records was never reviewed) etc.
  
  They deported me immediately to Mexico "that same day" without giving me time of anything. Immediately I came back "illegally" and since then, I went to see many lawyers who told me the same thing, (You cannot do anything, you are deported, that I should NOT be here in USA). And the same respond ONE, TWO, THREE times. I felt depressed. I’m a truck driver, whenever I went to work I felt that I was not going to get back home.
  
  One day my brother went to see the lawyer Francis Henriquez and he told me (go see this lawyer she is very good). When I went to see the lawyer Francis Henriquez, she asked me many, many questions and she told me (let me analyze your case (if I'm right) we can do something she said. "I that moment I felt she was the one who was going to help me for sure) she said that she will let me know. “She gave me hope and I felt happy” ... The days that she called me for a second visit she said "I have a strategy the case is 60% and she described the strategy ... Immediately she started working on my case, and she open and fought in Court for me, (she re-opened my deportation case arguing that the notification never came to my hands and I did not have time to see a judge "also that, had been the victim of notaries who do not know about laws and so they put my application without reviewing my records (she submitted waivers for the illegal entry) and went to court many times (which I went to the last) then submitted the petition process again asking for a waiver, she kept me aware of my case all the time and now after 2 years!! (I have my residency)

  I want to thank the lawyer Francis Henriquez and her staff for helping me with my immigration case.
  
  Thank you for your professionalism and experience made my dream come true. In these difficult times that are happening with immigrants from all over the world and especially Latinos.
  
  I now enjoy my Legal residency and I am so happy, I feel confident that I will not leave my family helpless and the main thing that this government will not be able to separate us anymore!
